Principle of drip-proof water leakage meter:

The dripping water will be accumulated, and when it reaches a certain amount, the impeller of the water meter will rotate instantaneously, so as to achieve the purpose of dripping measurement, a drop of water will not leak out. The design of this table is mainly aimed at the problems faced by the orifice spray meter. In addition to more accurate drip metering accuracy, it should also prevent idling problems and water quality adaptation problems.


Conditions for use of drip-proof water leakage meters:

1. The working water temperature should not exceed 40 C and the working water pressure should not exceed 1 Mpa.

2. Indicative error:

The minimum flow rate (Qmin) is not counted.

From the minimum flow (Qmin) to the low area excluding the boundary flow (Qt): +5%;

From the demarcation flow (Qt) to the high area including overload flow (Qmax): +2%;

3. Pressure loss: Δ≤0.1Mpa。
