Starting from the real situation and demand from the site and users, combine the budget, we will design, research and development the solution and product to provide one-stop services to the client.
Water meters comply with international standards and certificates, can participate the international bidding, and can assist customers in applying for various forms of approval certificates.
Before considerable amount supply, we supply sample testing, pilot installation services.
Design and provide the installation guidance and advice in site for customers based on actual conditions and budget.
Based on actual needs, we can support localized factory construction, assembly, calibration and production, etc., and provide technical guidance and services including training, equipment, and accessories.
About Warranty
All meters will be guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of acceptance. Defective meters or parts discovered within this period shall be replaced without charge upon return to S.H.Meters.
After-sell services
Provide including water meter, software part of the operating instructions.
Supply the installation instructions, and provide free maintenance guidance.
Free replacement of new water meters for non-human damage in the warranty period.
Support data connection to the third-party management system.
Support on-site installation supervision, debugging, and training.
After-sales service will be provided within and outside the warranty period.
