Device composition

1. Piston composition

The active piston liquid flow standard device is mainly composed of a frame, a piston rod, a piston cylinder, a motor, a ball screw, a supporting optical axis, a sensor, a protective shell, etc.                             

The piston rod is in close contact with the piston cylinder through the Y-shaped seal ring, and the three together form a sealed cavity. The movement of the piston rod is realized by the servo motor, coupling, ball screw, supporting optical axis, etc., the piston rod and the ball screw The rod is connected by a screw nut, and the direction of movement is controlled by a servo motor and a ball screw. A suction pneumatic valve and a drainage pneumatic valve are installed at the outlet of the piston cylinder. The suction pneumatic valve is connected to the water tank, and the drainage pneumatic valve is connected to the meter pipeline. Install high-precision temperature and pressure sensors.

Check meter pipeline

The meter inspection pipeline is composed of the meter clamping device, pipeline, switch valve, water tank, etc. The clamping device of the tested meter is also called the meter clamp, which can adjust the distance according to the length of the meter, and can clamp various tested meters freely. This program clamp meter adopts an external cylinder type clamping mechanism, which effectively prevents air leakage caused by damage to the sealing ring caused by excessive use time. The test pipeline is set to meet the clamping requirements of the tested meter. It is stipulated that the upstream straight pipe section shall be no less than 10 times the diameter of the inspected meter, and the downstream straight pipe section shall be no less than 5 times the diameter of the inspected meter. The made stainless steel fixing plate has very good coaxiality, the front and rear straight pipe sections are made of POM material with a very small thermal expansion and contraction coefficient, and the slider is processed by a CNC machining center at one time. The pneumatic clamp meter is also installed on the optical axis, and the external cylinder piston is used for clamping to avoid the possibility of air leakage. All moving parts are installed on the optical axis to ensure coaxiality.
