Water Metering Technologies and Solutions
At this year's exhibition, SH Meters will focus on water meter testing and calibration equipment and automated production line solutions, alongside a selection of water metering products. Together, these exhibits demonstrate our capabilities in water meter testing, manufacturing and production automation.
Water Meter Testing & Calibration Equipment
Developed and manufactured in-house by SH Meters, our fully automatic water meter testing bench is designed in accordance with ISO 4064 and OIML R49 standards. It is compatible with mechanical, ultrasonic and electromagnetic water meters and supports multiple testing procedures.
Featuring a high-precision piston-based reference system, the equipment supports flow testing down to 1 L/h, with measurement uncertainty of ≤0.2% (k=2). Combined with intelligent data acquisition and customizable configurations, it helps water meter manufacturers and testing laboratories improve measurement accuracy and quality control.
Automated Water Meter Production Line
SH Meters offers automated production line solutions integrating water meter assembly, automatic testing, laser marking and packaging.
Depending on the configuration, the production line can achieve a production cycle of 20 seconds or less per meter, an automation rate of over 95%, and operation by no more than two workers. By integrating multiple production processes, the solution helps manufacturers improve productivity, optimize labor allocation and maintain consistent product quality.
Water Metering Products
We will also showcase STS prepaid water meters and brass multi-jet R200 water meters, covering prepaid water management and mechanical metering applications to meet the needs of different water utility projects.
