In terms of its working principle, it can be roughly divided into

Rotary wing water meters can be roughly divided into:

Dial: The dial is the display mechanism of water flow (according to the different production processes, it can be divided into digital display/pointer display and digital pointer dual display-double water meter and other styles. The dial shows the production location/model/standard working pressure of the water meter, etc. .

Reduction gear box: The reduction gear box is the reduction mechanism of the water meter. It is located below the dial and is connected to the pointer of the dial through a gear shaft. Its working principle is to slow down the transmission speed of the wing wheel through the toothing of gears of different diameters, and Finally, the rotation amount of the wing wheel is displayed on the dial.

Wing wheel: The wing wheel is composed of bearing gears, bearings, wing blades, fixed water spring lining (bakelite damping parts, center and wear-resistant core), and its function is to transmit the hydraulic force to the reduction gear box.

Wing wheel box: its components are from top to bottom atmosphere drainage hole, water inlet, (note: the drainage hole is slightly larger than the water inlet), fixed water spring, adjusting hole, and adjusting plate.

Water filter: filter out impurities in the water, protect the watch core and extend the service life of the water meter. (The blocking of the water filter mesh will increase the rotation speed of the wing wheel.)
