Manual water meter test bench composition
The workbench uses a hydraulic system to clamp the water meter, which can be clamped or released via a switch. Each gauge is equipped with a drain valve switch at the bottom, and a pressure regulation switch with a pressure-resistance testing function is provided.

The function of the water pump is to supply water to the pressure-stabilizing tank and circulate the water throughout the entire test bench. Depending on the size of the water meters being tested, each type of test bench is equipped with water pumps of varying power ratings and quantities.
The water pump operates on 380V three-phase power, while pumps with other voltage specifications can be customized for special regions. Flexible connectors are installed on both sides of the pump, preventing vibrations generated during operation from being transmitted to the water tank and piping, thereby ensuring their service life.
The measuring cylinder, also referred to as the measuring vessel, serves as the standard capacity device in the test bench. Depending on the size of the water meters being tested, the capacity and quantity of measuring cylinders equipped on the test bench vary accordingly.
The measuring cylinder is made of 304 stainless steel with a polished surface and has a gourd-shaped design consisting of upper and lower sections.
Each section is fitted with a glass level tube and a graduated scale, allowing the water volume inside the cylinder to be read by observing the liquid level against the scale. A drain valve is installed at the bottom, with the measuring vessel and drain valve integrally machined to ensure concentricity and extend service life
The glass rotameter is the flow display device of the test bench.

The water tank is made of 304 stainless steel. Its size and capacity vary according to the size of the water meters being tested on the test bench. The water tank functions as a reservoir for the test bench's circulation system, and the water measured in the measuring vessel is also discharged back into the tank after testing
