Technical characteristics:
1. The ultrasonic water meter pipeline is designed for fluid-layered two-channel measurement with accurate measurement.
2. Large amount of display information, 9-digit cumulative flow and 4-digit instantaneous flow displayed on the same screen.
3. The water meter adopts a full IP68 protection level design, and each component is completely sealed and protected, and it can work normally for a long time even if it enters water.
4. The design has the function of cumulative recording and data collection on the time of year, month and day.
5. This ultrasonic water meter supports standard MODBUS and M-BUS protocols.
6. There are various output signal modes; two isolated pulse signal outputs can be used, and two-wire 4-20mA output can also be used.
7. Built-in quantitative controller, which can automatically start the controller manually or at a set time, thereby realizing automatic regular quantitative water supply or quantitative irrigation.
Working principle
The meter comprises the quality temperature sensor ,the flow sensor and the calculator. The temperature sensor to measure the temperature of water and the flow sensor to measure the volume of water that flow through the pipelines by the transit time difference.
The two data is sent to the calculator after being collected, the consumption water quantity is worked out, stored and indicated on the LCD finally.The main pipe in the water supply pipe, the pipe size is more than DN50.
Work process
1.The ultrasonic water meter collects the flow in the pipeline, and the pressure data is uploaded to thecloud service platform through RTU.
2.Sudden change alarm of pressure and flow.
