Application
Our wireless remote reading valve control water meter is a remote water meter with an AMR system, which consists of 4 lever components: water meter, zone collector, GPRS concentrator, and master point( management center). It adopts Zig-Bee with GPRS communication way to achieve automatic and intelligent charge management.

Maximum Permissible Error
1. in the lower zone from qmin inclusive up to but excluding qt is ±5%;
2. in the upper zone from qt inclusive up to and including qs is ±2% (hot water meter is ±3%).
Note: Technical data conform to ISO4064.
Common Faults and Troubleshooting Methods
1. The water meter does not communicate: whether the communication meter number is consistent with the actual water meter number.
2. If the read water volume is inconsistent with the water volume displayed on the water meter’s character wheel, the water meter’s character wheel display should prevail, and contact the after-sales service personnel for handling.
3. The water meter stops: remove the water meter to check whether there is any debris blockage or return the water meter to the factory for repair.
Precautions
1. Within one year of using our company's water meter, if the installation is reasonable, the flow rate is normal, and the internal parts are damaged or malfunctioned due to manufacturing quality (defrost damage), the company will issue the seal if the lead seal is intact.
The company is responsible for repair or replacement; damage to the water meter due to improper installation and man-made damage is not within the scope of the "warranty";
2. For units that use our products for self-repair, such as water plants, industrial mines, etc., our company supplies repair parts, but they must sign a contract with our sales department. The contract and parts atlas can be requested from our company;
3. The latest battery replacement period is 8-10 years.
