Brief Introduction

STS prepaid water meters is an STS Standard compliant, split keypad type, automatically valve controlled prepaid water meters.

The integrated keypad is offered to enter recharge TOKEN and check information by shortcodes.

Stronpay water vending software could be integrated into local Mobile Money Payment platforms like M-PESA, Alipay, MTN, Airtel, etc.

So users can top up PAYG water with mobile money without leaving the house.

Pay-as-you-go function and excellent anti-tamper features like Magnetic field protection help utilities for revenue water protection and consumer management.

A customer Interface Unit (CIU), is offered to enter recharge tokens and information by shortcodes.

The CIU is installed inside the customer's house when the meter is kept away from the customer's reach in locked boxes or houses.

Pay As You Go Water Vending Process

CIU

Tokens can only be keyed in when the ClU is powered on when the ClU powered on and read the water meter first, if read success the ClU displays the water meter information. Ric type water meter, which complies with OIMLR49, ISO4064.And conforms to STS standard protocol.

Water Purchase

(1)Please go to the local selling water business hall.

(2)To provide the operator meter ID number ( ID number printed on the water meter).

(3)Tell the operator how much you want to buy and prepay.

(4)On the receipt, you can get a printed TOKEN "20(Digits)"

Smart Water Metering Solution

Solution 1: Prepaid water meter 

End-users use IC cards to pay water bills. When the balance in the water meter is 0, the water meter closes the valve and stops the water supply.

Solution  2:AMl water meter system
At present, mature models of wireless remote meter reading in my country are divided into Lora and GPRS. The system could achieve the water consumption of all users who install water meters can be monitored via a cloudy platform in the office. Not only can the data be sent to the service platform of the water supply company in the form of data docking, but also the abnormal water consumption meter can be alarmed.

Solution 3:Pipe Leakage system
Using high precision ultrasonic water meter in water supply main pipe. ( Its accuracy can reach R400. Even a small flow of water used by a single resident can be measured.) We needn't go to the site to read the meter. only need to read the total water consumption in the area from the managed computer. Then we can use the water consumption of the main pipeline to subtract the water consumption of the sub-pipeline to confirm the pipeline leakage and leakage rate in the area.

Installation, Use, and Maintenance Methods

1. The caliber of the water meter should be selected according to the size of the pipeline and the flow rate used, and hot water should not be used;

2. The installation location should avoid exposure, freezing, pollution, and flooding, so as to facilitate disassembly and meter reading;

3. The horizontal water meter is installed horizontally so that the face is facing upwards, and the direction of the arrow on the case is the same as the direction of water flow;

4. For newly installed pipes, be sure to wash the stones, sand, hemp, and other sundries in the pipes before installing the water meter, so as not to cause water meter failure;

5. For correct measurement, the faucet should be higher than the water meter;

6. The water meter should not be directly connected to the pipeline. The water meter and the pipeline should be connected by connecting pipes, sealing washers, and connecting nuts.

7. It is strictly forbidden to put any items above the water meter. Pay attention to moisture-proof, moisture-proof, and it is strictly forbidden for water droplets to penetrate into the water meter controller to damage the control system and affect the normal use of users.

Common Faults and Troubleshooting Methods

1. The water meter does not communicate: whether the communication meter number is consistent with the actual water meter number.

2. If the read water volume is inconsistent with the water volume displayed on the water meter's character wheel, the water meter's character wheel display should prevail, and contact the after-sales service personnel for handling.

3. The water meter stops: remove the water meter to check whether there is any debris blockage or return the water meter to the factory for repair.

Precautions

1. Within one year of using our company's water meter, if the installation is reasonable, the flow rate is normal, and the internal parts are damaged or malfunctioned due to manufacturing quality (defrost damage), the company will issue the seal if the lead seal is intact.

The company is responsible for repair or replacement; damage to the water meter due to improper installation and man-made damage is not within the scope of the "warranty";

2. For units that use our products for self-repair, such as water plants, industrial mines, etc., our company supplies repair parts, but they must sign a contract with our sales department. The contract and parts atlas can be requested from our company;

3. The latest battery replacement period is 8-10 years.
