S.H.Meters has always attached great importance to its participation in the Canton Fair. Since the start of construction in February this year, it has begun planning and overall deployment in advance. All departments of the company have actively coordinated and efficiently linked up.
In mid-March, once the booth was confirmed, the business department and marketing department carried out comprehensive marketing and promotion and made invitations. The logistics department, purchasing department, and administrative department prepared various samples and large and small exhibition equipment, and the full cartons began to be shipped to Guangzhou.
On April 12, the first batch of excellent business teams led by our business director Tracy set off and arrived at the hotel at around 7 p.m. that day. Due to the time limit for setting up the exhibition, everyone took the train for a day and immediately devoted themselves to setting up the exhibition, regardless of fatigue. At work. Our colleagues in the company also fully cooperated with our exhibitors, responding to news in a timely manner, and jointly pursuing the best display effect.
02Gathering of guests and friends for business negotiation
During the exhibition, the booth was busy and merchants gathered. There were old friends who had cooperated with us for many years, as well as new friends who had just met. There was an endless stream of customers who came to experience the products and negotiate orders. The exhibition team warmly welcomes every international friend, patiently answers every question, and provides professional consulting services to target customers.
At this exhibition, we displayed a number of independently developed and newly upgraded products, among which ultrasonic water meters and STS prepaid water meters attracted the attention of many customers. Through years of in-depth cultivation and research in the water metering industry, we have made a lot of technical improvements and upgrades on the basis of the original products, further improving the accuracy and intelligence of the products, at the same time, we have been recognized by more customers.
The Canton Fair exhibition team worked hard to receive customers during the day and devoted themselves to reviewing meetings and handling personal work at night. It was common to go to bed after one in the morning, but the moment they saw the transaction being made at the exhibition site, they felt a sense of joy and pride, and all the hard work All worth it. Everyone is also busy at work and has improved their ability to solve problems and negotiate on the spot.
