The wireless remote ultrasonic water meter (LoRa) is an intelligent measuring instrument composed of a flow sensor, a calculator and a wireless LoRa transmission module. The calculator realizes the accurate measurement of the flow by processing the temperature difference collected by the sensor and the time difference of the sound wave passing through the fluid, and can transmit the data wirelessly through the LoRa module. Mainly used to measure and monitor the flow of water media, such as domestic water, central air-conditioning system water, equipment pipe network water, etc. Its accuracy is higher than normal, it can reach R200, accurate measurement.
Installation requirements:
All parts of the flowmeter (including flow sensor parts and calculator parts) should be installed in a position to avoid exposure, water flooding, freezing, chemical and electromagnetic pollution, and convenient for disassembly and meter reading.
(1) Before installation, the system pipeline should be cleaned thoroughly, and the hemp, sand and other debris in the branch pipe should be removed to avoid flowmeter failure;
(2) The meter body is installed horizontally or vertically, and the entrance meter should be less than 0.8m from the ground when installing;
(3) The direction of water flow should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the meter body;
(4) The diameter of the front and rear pipes should be consistent with the diameter of the meter body;
(5) There should be 10 times DN in front of the meter body and 8 times DN straight pipe section behind the meter (DN is the nominal diameter of the flowmeter).
Daily maintenance:
1. After the ultrasonic water meter is installed and used, the operating status of the flow meter and the battery voltage should be checked regularly;
2. When the operation time of the ultrasonic water meter is 6 years or less than 6 years, but the data displayed on the display is not clear or indicates low power (see display instructions), the battery should be replaced by a specialized technician to avoid affecting the normal operation of the water meter.
