The blade of the impeller of the woltman water meter measuring element has a spiral shape, which belongs to a magnetic transmission speed type water meter. The woltman water meter adopts full flow detection. The measured water flow is axial water flow. Water from the low end flows in from the high end. The measurement accuracy is high, especially in the case of low flow, it is much higher than other types of water meters. . Structurally, the woltman water meter is a worm-free worm gear mechanism.
After the water flows into the water inlet of the water meter, it is directly impacted on the impeller after being rectified. The impeller rotates clockwise to drive the impeller shaft, worm, and worm gear. The central axis of the worm gear enters the movement through the center of the bracket, and its central gear meshes with the gear of the indicating mechanism, and is driven according to the speed ratio. Continuous measurement is started by the pointer on the dial.
