Reed switch part
1.It is the first-grade product imported from OKI Japan ( total of 4 grades).
2.Humanized design: fixed with screws, easy to replace. Defective products in the market are disposable and cannot be replaced. With double reed switch design, if one of them is damaged, it can still work normally.
3.Dial Cover: It’s made of food grade PC (polycarbonate) with transparent material.
4.It performed three tests. Store in the factory for 2 months, and eliminate the internal air leakage and damage;During installation, it will be tested again. Later, it will be spot-checked.
5.In the production process, the technical standards should be strictly implemented in all aspects of the cornering, bending, shearing and welding to reduce the scrap rate.
6.Reed switch (front soldering) on the circuit board, the circuit board is suspended in the shell, its back is sealed with soft rubber, and the outer shell is sealed with hard rubber.
7.If a pulse is to be configured, an anti-magnetic ring made of pig iron should be installed at the center gear.
8.Reed switch service life: 1*10^7（10 to the 7th power).
Multi jet water meter is to divide the water flow through the water meter into multiple streams, reducing the friction of water on the water meter, thereby reducing the wear on the water meter and increasing the service life of the water meter. The multi jet water meter can have a reed switch as a pulse signal device. The reed switch has two exposed wires, which is convenient for the water meter to replace the reed switch. And the multi jet water meter is cheaper than the general smart water meter, which is a popular water meter.
Maximum Permissible Error
·In the lower zone from qmin inclusive up to but excluding qt is ±5%.
·In the upper zone from qt inclusive up to and including qs is ±2%; ±3% for hot water meter.

·Water temperature: 0.1℃~50℃ for cold water meter.

All meters will be guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of acceptance. Defective meters or parts discovered within this period shall be replaced without charge upon return to the S.H.Meters.
