3. The water meter dial should be installed horizontally upwards. The direction of the arrow of the watch case should be the same as the direction of the water flow in the pipeline. A flow straightening device or a straight rectifying pipe section should be installed upstream of the water meter. The length of the straight rectifying pipe section should be greater than 5 times or 10 times the diameter of the water meter.
4. The user of the water meter is not allowed to disassemble and install the control part of the water meter and the valve at will. If you encounter any problems, you can contact the relevant departments to solve it.
5. The newly installed pipeline should first remove the stones, sediment and other impurities in the pipeline before installing the water meter to prevent the water meter from being damaged or malfunctioning. It is recommended to install a filter.
6. Large-diameter water meters should be protected from exposure to sunlight and freezing.
7. When choosing a water meter, the often used flow rate of the pipeline should be close to or less than the common flow rate of the water meter, and the diameter of the water meter should not be determined simply by the diameter of the pipe.
8. The large-diameter water meter should not bear the transition stress caused by the pipe, and the water meter should be installed on the base or bracket when necessary.
