Full Sealed Valve Control M-Bus Remote Water Meter

Working Principle of GPRS Wireless Signal Water Meter
1. Brief description of the working principle of GPRS communication
Since GPRS communication is a data packet communication network based on IP addresses, after the monitoring center computer logs into the Internet network, its IP address is assigned by the Internet, and each GPRS monitoring point establishes a connection with the host through this address and communicates. Each monitoring point collects data through the data acquisition module, processes the data through the embedded processor in the GPRS terminal, sends it to the GPRS network after protocol encapsulation, and transmits it to the user data monitoring center computer.
2. Introduction to GPRS communication of battery-powered converter
The battery-powered converter with GPRS function can directly send the data to the remote control center regularly through the GPRS wireless module GPRS-DY or GPRS-DF, and then store the collected data in the database regularly. Through this system, even in remote places far away from the observation site, the data of each monitoring point can be collected and read conveniently, truly realizing the functions of remote monitoring and data sharing.

1. From the minimum flow rate (Q1) inclusive to the lower zone of the transitional flow rate (Q2) exclusive: ± 5%.
2. Water temperature ≤ 30° C from transitional flow rate (Q2) inclusive to the higher zone of the maximum flow rate (Q4) exclusive: ± 2%. (hot water meter >30° C± 3%)
Installation And Usage
Select the right water meter according to the nominal flow rate which is less than or next to the rate through the pipe. It is not a good way for the user to buy the water meter based on the pipe size.
The place to be installed should be free from sunshine, frost, pollutant, and water. During the period of frost, the inlet valve in the meter should be closed and the outlet valve and water tap should be open except for being packed for thermal insulation, thus preventing the damage from being frozen.
The meter should be installed horizontally, the digits on the dial are up to the face and the arrow direction in the meter should be the same as the flow.
The stone, sand, and slight impurities in the newly installed pipe should be cleared off for the sake of the meter fault.
For the purpose of metering accurately, the water tap should be higher than the meter.
The water meter should be not connected to the pipe and there are live interfaces (e.g. pipe interface, connection screw, sealing washer, etc.) between the meter and pipe. The meter should not be damaged due to the over-stress caused by the pipe and its elements during installation.
Precautions: For the safety and reliability of the water meter, please pay special attention to the following items during use
1. Do not put magnetic materials or magnetic devices close to the dial.
2. Do not damage the circuit, keep away from high temperatures and strong magnetism.
3. When the electronic measurement is inconsistent with the mechanical measurement, the mechanical measurement number of the water meter shall prevail, and the lead seal shall not be removed.
4. No matter what the situation is, do not disassemble the water meter by yourself, otherwise the control system will not be able to resume work (in case of abnormal phenomena, please contact the water sales management department, and you will be responsible for the consequences if you disassemble it).
