A DN15mm Multi-Jet Plastic Water Meter Mechanism is part of a multi-jet water meter that measures water flow and consumption. It consists of a plastic meter cover, a meter coupling, a register, a magnetic drive mechanism, and an external regulation device. It has a compact design with a more petite meter body and a 45° inclined record. It also has anti-magnetic protection to prevent tampering.

Each meter has one set coupling optional: 2pcs coupling, 2pcs coupling nuts and 2pcs washers.

Installation requirements
The meter should be installed in horizontal position with the direction of the flow as indicated by the arrow cast in the meter body with the register face upwards.
Pipeline must be flushed before installation.
The meter should be constantly full of water during operation.

Maximum Permissible Error
In the lower zone from Qmin inclusive up to but excluding Qt is ±5%.
In the upper zone from Qt inclusive up to and including Qs is: cold water meter ±2%.

To install a DN15mm Multi-Jet Plastic Water Meter Mechanism, you need to follow these steps:

Flush the service line upstream of the meter to remove dirt and debris.

Remove meter spud thread protectors.

Set the meter in the line. Arrows on the side of the meter indicate the direction of flow.

Connect meter couplings to pipe fittings. Use pipe tape on threads. Do not over-tighten.

Turn on the water supply slowly and check for leaks.
