From the user's point of view, just insert the IC card into the water meter. The working process of the IC card water meter is generally as follows: Insert the IC card containing the amount into the IC card reader in the water meter. After the computer module recognizes and downloads the amount, the valve opens and the user can use water normally. When the user uses water, the water volume acquisition device starts to collect the water consumption, and converts the required electronic signal to the microcomputer module for metering, and displays it on the LCD display module. When the amount of water used by the user drops to a certain value, the microcomputer module gives a sound alarm, prompting the user to pay a fee to buy water with the card. If the amount of water is exceeded, the microcomputer module will automatically close the electric control valve and cut off the water supply. Until the user inserts the paid IC card and reopens the valve for water supply.

PRODUCT INSTALL
① It is advisable to choose a water meter based on the fact that the frequently used flow rate of the pipeline is less than or close to the common flow rate of the water meter, and the water meter cannot be determined simply by the diameter of the pipeline.
② The installation location should avoid strong sunlight, freezing, and pollution. During the period of freezing, in addition to wrapping the water pipe of the water meter for heat preservation, when not in use, the valve at the water inlet end of the water meter should be closed, and the valve at the water outlet end and the faucet should be opened to prevent the water meter from freezing and cracking. damage.
③ The water meter must be installed horizontally with the face facing up.
④ When installing the pipeline, be sure to wash the stones, silt, hemp and other debris in the pipeline before installing the water meter to avoid water meter failure.
⑤ For accurate measurement, the faucet should be higher than the water meter.
⑥ If the water meter is installed where the boiler enters the water pipe, a check valve should be installed to prevent the backflow of hot water from scalding the water meter.
The water meter should not be directly connected to the pipeline, and there should be movable interfaces between the water meter and the pipeline (such as pipe joints, connecting screws, connection gaskets, etc.). When installing the water meter, it should not be subject to excessive force caused by the pipes and fittings, so as not to damage the water meter.
Precautions for using IC card smart water meter
1. Install a check valve in front of the meter. Since the rotation of the smart water meter is caused by pressure fluctuations and water compression, you can consider installing a check valve. The check valve can prevent water from flowing backwards. In this way, when the pressure rises, the water is compressed, and the water meter rotates positively; when the pressure drops, the check valve closes automatically, and the water meter does not rotate. When the pressure rises again, as long as the pressure is not higher than the pressure in the check valve, the water meter will not turn again; the water meter rotates mainly because the water meter reciprocates and measures many times to accumulate a large amount of water. Installing a check valve can reduce the pressure of the smart water meter. The frequency of rotation can well solve the problem of water meter rotation caused by pressure fluctuations. However, due to the high frequency of domestic water use and the small fluctuation of pipeline pressure, the check valve is required to have high sensitivity and high quality requirements.
2. Arrange the exhaust valve reasonably according to the characteristics of the pipeline during design, and remove the gas precipitated in the pipeline in time; gas content.
3. For newly installed household meters, when installing the pipes in the residents’ homes, the pipes should be laid upwards along the corresponding angle to reduce the bending points and folding points of the pipes, and the high point of the pipes should be designed on a frequently used faucet to reduce the Chance of air pockets in the pipe network.
4. When the smart water meter is out of the house, it may cause the change of the water inlet direction of the user's home, resulting in some dead water pipes indoors. Protruding pipe sections are prone to air pockets, and these pipe sections should be removed or remodeled during construction.
