The main function of the LoRa data concentrator is to receive instructions from the workstation, to manage the water meter, to collect and upload data.


Water meter, LoRa module and LoRa data concentrator adopt LoRa communication, which is mainly used for LoRa data concentrator to read the data in the water meter. The LoRa data concentrator uses GPRS, 3G, or 4G communication when receiving instructions from the workstation and uploading data. When the workstation needs to read the meter, the meter reading instruction is sent through the SIM card network. After receiving the instruction, the LoRa data concentrator sends the meter reading instruction to the water meter through LoRa communication.After the water meter receives the instruction, it returns the data to the LoRa data concentrator and LoRa data concentrator The received data is returned to the management platform, so as to realize the process of wireless meter reading.


The concentrator can be used with repeaters, and the network consisting of repeaters is sufficient to provide the breadth of the entire cell.
