Maximum Permissible Error
·In the lower zone from qmin inclusive up to but excluding qt is ±5%.

Water meter installation
The overall installation diagram is as follows:
1. Installation precautions
Before installation, thoroughly clean the pipe system, remove the hemp, sand and other debris in the branch pipe, so as to avoid failure of the flow meter
The water meter can be installed horizontally or vertically, in order to facilitate the display window can be adjusted according to the installation situation
The direction of the flow should be consistent with the arrow on the flowmeter.
The pipe diameter should be consistent with the water meter diameter.
5DN should be left before the table, and the branch section of 2DN should be left after the table (DN is the nominal diameter of water meter).
Both ends of the water meter shall be provided with dirt filters and shut-off valves to facilitate dirt removal, maintenance and replacement.
After installation, seal the water meter inlet/outlet connection nuts with lead.
2. Installation
Horizontal pipe installation: when the water meter is installed horizontally, the direction of the integrator is up. If the integrator is facing sideways, it will cause that the two transducers are not on the same horizontal surface. However, air may gather at the higher transducer, resulting in inaccurate or non-metering of the water meter, as shown in the figure.
Vertical pipe installation method: the vertical installation of the water meter must be installed in the straight pipe with the water flowing upward, because the water flowing downward will cause the phenomenon that the water in the pipe cannot fill the pipe under the gravity, and at this time it will also affect the metering accuracy of the water meter and even cause non-metering, as shown in the figure.
"U" type pipe installation method: when the water meter is installed at the u-type pipe, it is necessary to install the water meter at the lowest place, because there may be bubbles at the height of the pipe, resulting in inaccurate or non-metering of the water meter, as shown in the figure.
Warranty
All meters will be guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of acceptance. Defective meters or parts discovered within this period shall be replaced without charge upon return to the S.H.Meters.
