This series is a smart card water meter with an electronic valve controlled. You are assured of continuous good metrology and revenue protection at the same time. The electronic part of the meter is sealed away from the water, which makes the meter highly reliable.

The meter uses a Smart card token Card to handle credit and monitor water use. Customers purchase credit at vending points, providing an opportunity to download new tariff data. Simultaneously, data from the meter, stored on the Smart Card, is uploaded and sent to the utility headquarters. Credit is top-up to the meter by a simple tap on the counter lid.
