1. Sometimes there is water vapor inside the water meter because it is buried in the ground, and the humidity is relatively high, so it will accumulate inside and cover the readings above. In this case, we can cover the surface of the water with a clean rag, and then raise its temperature greater than the internal temperature. After about half an hour, when the temperature difference is reached, you will find that the internal water mist will slowly dissipate, and you can check the value.
2. If the inside of the water meter is stained with dirt, we can only remove the water meter and clean it. However, if the water meter is installed by the water company, you cannot disassemble it at will. If it is not installed by the water company, we can first close the main valve and open its cover. Prepare a brush and brush the stains inside the water meter in one direction. After it is clean, wipe it with a clean rag. Finally, screw the cover tightly and install it in place.
How to observe the tonnage of the water meter ?
1. There are different styles of water meters. For example, there is a smart water meter that is an IC card. There will be 5 digits on half of them, and they are all black. Arranged from left to right are pondering, thousands, hundreds, tens and ones. If the tens place is 7 and the ones place is 5, it means that the current water consumption is 75 tons.
2. Black represents integers, and there are red pointers below, and there are different numbers next to the pointers. For example, some are multiplied by 0.1, some are multiplied by 0.01 or 0.001, which represents the number after the decimal point. Of course, we can directly copy the whole number when reading the meter.
3. If the inside of the water meter at home is dirty, but there are some water stains, we can make the internal water stains disappear naturally through the temperature difference, but if there is some dirt inside, it can be removed and wiped clean.
