Ultrasonic water meter installation and construction requirements
With the improvement of the water meter market, many water meters are gradually known. Among these water meters, the most favored is the ultrasonic water meter. Today, I will talk to you about the requirements and restrictions on the installation and construction of ultrasonic water meters. Therefore, in order to avoid errors in the measurement of ultrasonic water meters, please read them carefully.
The sensor of the ultrasonic water meter has no requirement for the installation direction, and it can be used for horizontal pipes, inclined pipes and vertical pipes. But for vertical pipes, the liquid flow direction from bottom to top should be selected. If it is from top to bottom, it must meet the back pressure requirements.
When installing an ultrasonic water meter, you should choose one-way flow installation or two-way flow installation. In the case of bidirectional flow, the straight pipes on both sides of the flow measurement point should meet the requirements of straight pipes in the upstream and downstream, and leave a long enough pipe distance.

When installing the ultrasonic water meter, the impurities in the pipeline should be cleaned up in time to prevent the impurity from causing the transmission of the ultrasonic water meter's sound waves to be unstable and causing measurement errors in the ultrasonic water meter. In addition, for the installation and construction environment of the ultrasonic water meter, the user should choose a device that is as far away as possible from the pump, high-pressure gas, frequency converter, generator, valve and other interfering devices to prevent the measurement deviation of the ultrasonic water meter.
