Structure of ultrasonic heat meter
Ultrasonic heat meter, including ultrasonic transducer assembly and measuring tube.
A box seat is set on the base of the meter box, the box seat cover is matched with the box seat cover, and the heat meter probe is set in the box seat cover.
Features of ultrasonic heat meter
1. Can be installed horizontally and vertically.
2. High temperature measurement accuracy and long service life.
3. It can measure heat, cold quantity, and cold heat at the same time.
4. The flow meter sends out a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate.
5. A pair of temperature sensors give out analog signals that indicate temperature.
6. Calculate the amount of heat obtained by the heat exchange system using the cumulative formula.
Advantage of ultrasonic heat meter
1) Low cost of comprehensive use: no mechanical impeller rotation, no mechanical wear, low cost of later use and maintenance, and a long service life;
2) Good measurement reliability: The small impurities passing through the front filter of the heat meter will not affect the accurate measurement of the ultrasonic heat meter;
