When using this meter, the user should go to the business office of the administrative department to open an account, create a file, and purchase a user card with the corresponding amount of water. The user card must be used on the designated meter when using it for the first time, otherwise unnecessary losses may be caused;
2. Place the RF card in the card swiping area of the meter body, the LCD displays "rdIC" to indicate that the card is being read; if it displays "End", it indicates that the card swiping operation is successful; if it displays "Err XXX", it indicates that there may be a problem, please reposition the card ,Try again, if you still have any questions, please contact the management department; (swiping the card will also be accompanied by a flashing reminder of the photoelectric)
3. When the remaining amount in the meter is less than the set alarm value (which can be set by the management department), the valve is closed and the alarm is displayed. At the same time, the sign of "please recharge" is displayed. Open, when the remaining amount decreases to zero, the valve is automatically closed, and the user needs to re-purchase and recharge before opening the valve;
4. The valve will be closed when the meter appears "undervoltage", and the valve can only be opened when the battery is replaced and the power supply is restored;
5. If the user loses the card, he must go through the corresponding card replenishment procedures at the management terminal, and the original user card will be automatically invalidated;
6. When you need to change the meter, use the "information transfer card" to configure the information into the new meter, and the user card can continue to be used.
