Hot water meters are usually batch water meters whose working temperature exceeds 30 C. They are mainly used to measure the total volume of hot water flowing through pipelines for domestic and industrial use. The maximum allowable temperature of the hot water meter can be selected as 70, 90, 130 or 180.
The hot water meter is composed of a flow sensor and a counting index device. Flow sensor adopts velocity sensor and volume sensor. The material used in the contact part with hot water has enough strength and penetration resistance.
Characteristics of hot water meters:
1. The base meter is made of high-temperature heat-resistant material, which is produced by Italian production line with high accuracy and low starting flow.
2. The valve adopts the patent technology of ball suspension, which will not cause the valve to open and leak due to thermal expansion and cold contraction.
3. The service temperature can work normally between 0 and 100 C.
