Lithium batteries are commonly used in IC card water meter power supply. There is a contradiction between the small current discharge performance of this battery and the large current required to drive electric ball valves or electric ceramic valves. The general way to reconcile the contradiction is to activate the battery periodically to keep it in a state of high current release. Nowadays, the popular sampling method of IC card water meter is still reed and Hall device, which is called magnetic sampling. Cheapness, low power consumption, long life, simplicity and reliability are the basic reasons for its popularity. It is easy to be attacked by strong magnetic field, and the interaction with the base gauge is strong, which affects the initial flow of the base gauge, which is their common disadvantage. It is another direction for practitioners to develop a cheap, low-power, long-life and reliable sampling method which is not attacked by magnetism, has little or no effect on the base meter, neglects the influence of the starting flow of the base meter.
