LoRa wireless remote valve control water meter belong to high-tech products in the smart water meter, using of advanced wireless LoRa transmission technology, it transforms metered information of conventional mechanical water meter into electrical signal have it stored by micro-electronics control circuit. Smart AMR system multi-jet base water meter is able to automatically read the metering data via wireless remote network and is also able to transfer the data to the back-office system (data center) after reading the meters. And it has the function of remote wireless control of the valve switch.

1. Can I do a Lora ultrasonic valve control water meter?
No, because the built-in valve will have a greater impact on the stability of the ultrasonic measurement. The higher the frequency of the switch valve, the greater the impact on the accuracy of the measurement.
2. What data on the water meter can the platform collect?
At present, our platform can collect the accumulated flow, battery voltage and upload time on the water meter, and the ultrasonic LoRa can also collect the instantaneous flow rate.

4. How to find and handle the valve if it cannot be closed or opened?
If the valve is stuck by the sand flowing in the pipe, the program in the water meter will try within 40S of the switch valve action. Once the valve cannot be normally opened and closed, the water meter will give up this command and return the failure data to the platform. The information about this water meter can be viewed on the platform for the management to view.
5. What if the water meter is broken?
We will advise customers to purchase a certain number of spare water meters when purchasing in bulk. When problems occur, they can be replaced first, and then the problem water meter will be sent back to the manufacturer for confirmation and repair.
