The system consists of LoRa wireless remote valve control water meter, data concentrator and operation management platform. The lora smart water meter is transmitted or received via radio (current frequency 470-510 MHz, 865-868 MHz) to the concentrator, and the concentrator transmits data via the SIM card network or accepts commands to connect to the operating platform. Thereby, the water consumption of the water meter is viewed on the platform, and the function of the water meter switch valve is controlled.

3.Base Water Meter: To calculate current quantity of using water;

Working principle:

Water meter transmission signal flow: 

1. The base meter transmits pulse or Hall signal, and sends the water meter reading to the Lora module. 2. After collecting the water meter signal, the concentrator sends the data to the cloud service platform to complete the reading of the water meter data. The valve is closed by sending data to the concentrator through the cloud service platform and passing it to the water meter.

Using ER26500 battery, the capacity is up to 9000mAh, the frequency of meter reading once a day, battery life can be up to 8 years

2. What is the transmission distance?

The distance of LoRa transmission data is mainly affected by the actual installation environment. In a relatively empty transmission environment, the transmission distance can reach 1000-1500 meters. Therefore, the concentrator is generally installed at the commanding height of the cell.
