Installation method of prepaid water meter:
① When installing a water meter on a newly laid pipeline, the sundries in the pipeline must be cleaned and installed.
② The maximum operating water temperature and maximum operating water pressure at the installation site must meet the requirements of the water meter.
③ Water meters installed outdoors should be protected from exposure to sunlight and freezing. Generally, protective boxes should be installed. At the same time, they should be installed in places where they are protected against sediment, underground water, and insects.
④ The installation location of the water meter should avoid corrosion of corrosive gas, and there should be anti-theft facilities.
⑤ The prepaid water meter installed near the boiler should be installed with a check valve after the meter to prevent the hot water from flowing back.
