Installation Requirements
1. For water meters installed underground, NB signal detectors must be used to detect the signal strength of the surface at the installation location before installation. The signal coverage level must be ≤1. Blind installation may cause the water meter to not upload, and the manufacturer is powerless to solve this problem.
2. The caliber of the water meter should be selected based on the pipe caliber and flow rate being equal to or less than the usual flow rate of the water meter.
3. For newly installed pipes, be sure to wash out the stones, silt, hemp and other sundries in the pipes before installing the water meter to avoid water meter failure.
4. The installation location should avoid sun exposure, freezing, pollution and flooding.
5. The water meter must be installed according to the prompts on the dial. The one marked with "H" is installed horizontally, and the one marked with "V" is installed vertically. The dial faces upward, and the direction of the arrow on the case is the same as the water flow.
6. There should be enough space around the meter installation for the meter installation and debugging and future maintenance. In particular, it is forbidden to seal the watch in a small space. Not only is it inconvenient for you to use, but also the maintenance personnel cannot maintain it, causing trouble to yourself.
7. In order to facilitate daily maintenance, valves should be installed upstream and downstream of the water meter, and the inlet and outlet of the water meter should have straight pipe sections of the same diameter.
